Personal data are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person.

When you visit our website, the provider of this platform (or his web space provider) collects data about each access to the offer. This access data includes:

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small (text) files that are created and stored on your end device (e.g. smartphone, notebook, tablet, PC). We use web fonts provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google“). The service serves for a unified and correct representation of fonts on our site. To do this, your browser connects to Google's servers and loads the required web fonts into your browser cache as soon as you visit a page of our website. Google is informed that our website has been accessed via your IP address.  Legal basis for the use of Google Web Fonts is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest). To perform web analytics and operate our live chat system for support requests, we use technology from Zendesc Inc., 1019 Market St, San Francisco, USA (www.zendesk.com). Only pseudonymized data is collected and stored. We may use cookies to create a pseudonymised user profile from this data. This makes it possible, for example, to recognize the Web browser. For more information on cookies, see “Cookies“ above.

There will be no aggregation of personal data nor identification without your separate consent. You can avoid the storage of Zendesk cookies by setting your browser accordingly. Not all processed data has a personal reference. Insofar as the processed data contains a personal reference, the legal basis for processing is, for example, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Newsletter

With the newsletter, the provider of this website informs about individual offers. If users of this website wish to receive the newsletter, an e-mail address is required. The e-mail address will only be used if the user has expressly consented in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO. This e-mail address will be checked to see if the user is also the owner/authorized user of the e-mail address. The data will only be used for sending the newsletter, it will not be passed on to third parties. Further data will not be collected. When you register to receive the newsletter, your IP address and the date of registration are stored. The storage serves exclusively as security in the event that a third party has abused the address and subscribed to the newsletter without the knowledge of the owner or authorised person. Newsletter2Go

We send our newsletters via Newsletter2Go GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126 10179 Berlin („Newsletter2GO“). We will forward the data you provide when registering for the newsletter to Newsletter2Go.

Newsletter2GO uses this data to send the newsletter and for statistical analysis of the newsletter. The evaluation is carried out via so-called web beacons or tracking pixels. With the evaluation we can determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked on. We can also determine whether a certain action was carried out after clicking on a link, e.g. whether a purchase was made on our website. For this we use conversion tracking. In addition, technical information is recorded (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). The data will only be collected pseudonymously and will not be linked to any other personal data held by you. The conclusion to a specific person is thus excluded. This data is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. We use this data to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of our newsletter recipients.

You can object to statistical analysis purposes by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

The legal basis for passing on the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a justified interest in the effective, interesting and user-friendly design of the newsletter system. The data is stored on servers in Germany. Between Newsletter2Go and us there is a so-called order processing contract, which regulates the data protection-compliant handling of your data.

You have the opportunity to contact us via various means of communication such as e-mail, telephone, mail or a contact form. In the event of contact, we will store your data for the purpose of processing your inquiry. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest here is the processing of your request. You also have the option of creating a customer account on our website and/or placing orders via ours. Google LLC, based in the United States, is “Privacy Shield“ certified for the U.S. European privacy convention, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU. By turning off JavaScript in your browser, you can disable the Google Maps web service. The map display on our website can then no longer be used. No more data will be transmitted to Google Maps. Social Networks

We use plug-ins from different social networks. A social network is a platform or app that allows users to communicate with each other, exchange opinions or share content such as images with other users or on the social network itself. Users generally have the ability to create private or business profiles, network with each other or provide private or corporate information. The respective plug-in provider saves the data collected about you as usage profiles. The purpose of the processing is to display (demand-oriented) advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of the website and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. The evaluation also takes place if you are not logged in to the social network. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles. To exercise your right of objection, you must contact the respective plug-in provider. Legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is  Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legitimate interest in processing results from the processing purposes mentioned above.

Use of Facebook plugins

Plugins of the social network Facebook, Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. are integrated on this website. If you live outside Canada or the USA, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. is the person responsible for processing personal data. Use of YouTube videos

We embed YouTube videos about YouTube's embedding function on our YouTube website. YouTube is a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google“). Google LLC, based in the USA, is “Privacy Shield“ certified for the us-european data protection agreement, which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU. The videos are embedded in advanced privacy mode. According to YouTube, user information is not stored until the video(s) are played back. When starting the video, „Youtube“ uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to„Youtube“, cookies are used to collect video statistics, to improve user-friendliness and to prevent abusive actions. If you click on a video and are logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your Goolge account. You can prevent this by logging off from activating the button. Google stores and evaluates your data. This happens regardless of whether you are logged in or not. The evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit.f DSGVO on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in the insertion of personalised advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. You can object to the creation of these user profiles. You must address the objection to YouTube. Every time you visit this website, a connection to the Google Network “DoubleClick“ is established. This is independent of the playback of the embedded videos. This may trigger further data processing operations over which we have no control. We use web tracking and web analytics services. These are services that allow an analysis of the use of our website. We use this data to improve our website and to make our offer more interesting for you. The legal basis for the use of web analysis tools is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DS-GVO. We have a legitimate interest in analysing the user behaviour of our website in order to optimise both our offer and our advertising.

Google Analytics (with anonymizing function)

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. "("Google"), Google Analytics component is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA. Anonymised usage data is processed and aggregated for demand-oriented design and optimisation of this website, and user profiles are created from this data. When intelliAd Tracking is used, cookies are stored locally. You have the right to object to the processing of your usage data. Use the intelliAd Opt-Out function.

first party tracking

The "first party tracking" procedure is used to improve tracking accuracy. A first-party cookie (ia-) is set on the customer domain. Complete IP addresses are also not stored in the procedure and are only processed in anonymised form.

4. Marketing

Google Adwords with Conversion Tracking

We use the service Google Adwords with Conversion Tracking. Google Remarketing is a feature of Google AdWords and is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA. As part of conversion tracking, a cookie is placed on your end device when you click a Google ad. Further information on cookies can be found above under the heading Cookies. The cookies used lose their validity after 30 days. If you visit a particular page of our website, we and Google can see that you have clicked on an ad, provided the cookie is still valid. The purpose of conversion tracking is to generate conversion statistics. Adcell

We use tracking cookies from Firstlead GmbH, Rosenfelder Str. 15-16, 10315 Berlin with the brand ADCELL (www.adcell.de). As soon as you click on an advertisement with the partner link, a cookie is set. Firstlead GmbH / ADCELL uses cookies to trace the origin of the orders. Trusted Shops Badge

We have integrated the Trusted Shops Badge, an offer from Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Köln. The badge is used to display the Trusted Shops seal of approval and to offer Trusted Shops membership to customers after placing an order. The web server automatically saves a so-called server log file when the trust badge is called. The server log file may contain various information, such as your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transmitted and the requesting provider (access data). The data will be deleted at the latest seven days after your access to our site and will not be evaluated.  5. Payment service provider

PayPal

We offer payment via PayPal. The provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal").

If you choose to pay via PayPal, the payment details you enter will be sent to PayPal. Legal basis for the transfer of your data to PayPal Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (processing for the fulfilment of a contract). You have the possibility to revoke your consent to data processing at any time. A revocation has no effect on the effectiveness of data processing processes in the past.

Instant transfer

We offer payment by “Sofort”, a payment service of Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 München (hereinafter “Sofort GmbH”). When paying by  “Sofort“bank transfer“, a PIN, a valid TAN, the payment data entered and your personal data (such as first and last name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail and IP address and, if applicable, other data required for payment processing) will be transmitted to Sofort GmbH. With the help of PIN and TAN, Sofort GmbH can log into your online banking account and check your account balance. Sofort-GmbH then carries out the transfer to us and immediately sends us a confirmation of payment. Sofort GmbH will also automatically check your transactions, the credit limit of the overdraft facility and the existence of other accounts. The transmission of this data is necessary to establish your identity beyond a shadow of a doubt and to prevent attempts at fraud. The legal basis for the transfer of your data to Sofort GmbH is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (processing for the fulfilment of a contract). You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time. A revocation has no effect on the effectiveness of data processing processes in the past.

Amazon Pay

We offer payment via Amazon Payments Europe s.c.a., 5 Rue Plaetis, L-2338 Luxembourg (hereinafter: „Amazon Payments“). We will pass on the information we collect during the ordering process to Amazon Payments along with the information about your order for payment processing and only to the extent necessary. We accept payment via Heidelpay, a service of the payment service provider Heidelberger Payment GmbH, Vangerowstraße 18, 69115 Heidelberg (hereinafter „Heidelpay“). We will pass on your information collected during the order process to Heidelpay, together with the information about your order, for payment processing and only to the extent necessary. The legal basis for the transmission is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Heidelpay will pass on your data to HUELLEMANN & STRAUSS ONLINESERVICES S.A., 1, Place du Marché, 6755 Grevenmacher, Luxembourg, if necessary. The legal basis for the transmission is also Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. If you choose the payment method  „Invoice purchase via Heidelpay“ or „Direct debit via Heidelplay“ we require further data from you. In this case, you will be asked to provide your first and last name, street, house number, postcode, city, date of birth, e-mail address and telephone number during the ordering process. The creditworthiness information can contain probability values (so-called score values). These are based on  a scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical method. Among other things, but not exclusively, address data is included in the calculation of the score values.

You can object to the processing of your data at any time by sending a message to the person responsible or to Heidelpay. In this case, Heidelpay may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractual payment processing.
