How can I have weatherproof stickers printed?
All our stickers are made from vinyl film as standard. Vinyl is resistant to moisture, heat, cold and UV radiation. You can therefore have the stickers printed and use them outdoors without hesitation. We only recommend stickers with a protective laminate for heavy-duty applications. These stickers are suitable for sticking on cars, for example. Here, the stickers are exposed to increased mechanical stress, e.g. from washing brushes, and should therefore be specially protected.

In which sizes can I have stickers printed?
There are almost no limits when it comes to size when you have stickers printed. We can produce stickers from a format of 1 x 1 cm up to a maximum of 150 x 1000 cm. If you would like to have stickers printed in special sizes, please contact us. We will then advise you personally on how your project can be implemented.
How can I have individually shaped stickers printed?
When ordering, you have the choice between round stickers, square stickers and free-form stickers. If you choose the free-form option, a so-called cut contour must be created. We will be happy to do this for you as part of the premium data check. As soon as we have received your order, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. With our modern cutting plotters, we are able to create almost any sticker contour.

Have stickers printed, even in very urgent cases
If you need your stickers very quickly, simply use our particularly fast same-day service. You can select this in the sticker calculator. Orders placed by 12 noon on the current day can be collected on the same day from 5 pm. Alternatively, we can send your printed stickers to you as an express parcel. You will receive your stickers within 24 hours. Please note that the same-day service depends on the sticker size and the quantity ordered.
Have stickers printed: Delivery of stickers on sheets or individually
Depending on the intended use, we deliver your printed stickers on sheets or rolls or individually. Delivery as sheets makes particular sense if you want to stick the stickers onto your products yourself, e.g. as bottle labels or product stickers. The stickers are cut round, square or free-form, but all stick to the same carrier film for transportation. If you want to have your stickers printed and then distribute them as gifts or promotional material, you should order them individually. This way, you can distribute each sticker individually and including the carrier film.
Tips for printing stickers
- Lay out your print data with a resolution of at least 150 dpi
- Important elements should be at least 3 mm away from the edge
- Use fonts for sticker printing of no less than 6 pt
- Do not overload the sticker with information
- Depending on the intended use, create your print data as a PDF/X if possible

Have stickers printed digitally: affordable, fast and in high quality
In digital printing, we can print your stickers in small and large quantities at low cost. Digital printing is done in the CMYK color space. We also print your stickers with so-called “light tones” in order to display color shades and the finest details even better. This extension of the color space ensures even finer color gradients and more brilliant printing results. We always print your motif or logo on high-quality monomeric and polymeric films. We select the optimum film for you depending on the area of application. Have your stickers printed by us in formats from 1x1 cm to 150x70 cm.
How to order and have your stickers printed
In order to print your stickers, we need a print file from you. You can create this yourself in all common graphics programs. If you want to have round or square stickers printed, you don't need to do anything else. If you would like to have stickers produced in a free-form shape, the print file must also have a so-called “PerfCutContour”. You can create this yourself or have it done by our graphics team.
This should also be taken into account when printing stickers
Your stickers are produced by us using digital printing. You should therefore make sure to create your print data in CMYK. Pantone and HKS colors can generally be printed. However, this depends on the specific color values. If you would like to have your stickers printed and want to know in advance whether your color values can be reproduced exactly in the print, please contact us. To design your stickers, you can use our online designer (only for finished formats) or you can create your print data as a PDF/X-3. Please ensure that your print data contains a 2 mm bleed all around. Otherwise, so-called “flashes” may occur on the stickers. We recommend the premium data check for all products. With this, we check your templates completely for printability.
Here you can find out how to print transparent stickers that should be partially white
Our printing systems can also print white in addition to CMYK when printing stickers. This is always particularly practical if you want to have stickers printed that are to be produced on transparent film for shop windows, for example. This gives you the option of printing white areas on a transparent sticker. In addition, colored prints can be backed with white ink, which ensures significantly higher color brilliance on transparent films.
