Frequently asked questions about buttons and magnets

If you want to place an order with several designs, you can easily do this yourself directly in the online store. Please proceed as follows to order different designs of the same button size.

1. Choose your desired button / magnet

2. Upload your template on the article page for the first motif. Alternatively, you can also use the Designer.
   
   
3. Select the quantity to be produced with this motif

4. Add the product to the shopping cart

5. Now click on „continue shopping“ in the shopping cart view.
6. You will be taken back to the item page.
If you would like to order the same type of button with another design, click on the “Reset” button in the “Button options” section. Now you can simply upload a new design and add it to the shopping cart. This allows you to add any number of buttons and designs to your order.




7. Your previously uploaded image will remain in the shopping cart.

Once you have created your template in the Designer and click on “Preview”, you can see what your button or magnet will look like later. The gray gradient there is intended to simulate the surface and its reflection. Of course, your design will be printed exactly as you create it without the gray gradient.

Photos from cell phones can be printed in principle, but the color reproduction of a printout is not comparable to the view on the screen. A cell phone display lights up, a print on textiles does not. If you are unsure whether your cell phone photo is suitable for printing, please contact us before ordering.

If the upload of your print motif does not work, please complete your order and then send us your print file by e-mail.

As one of the largest manufacturers on the European market for buttons and magnets, we can also produce large quantities (100,000 pieces and more) in a short space of time. We are also happy to call you in advance to discuss all the details. The delivery time is also displayed on the item page and is calculated dynamically based on the selected quantity.

You can easily create your motif with our online designer. You will find this in the drop-down menu on the article pages. Alternatively, you can also use our print templates and send us a print-ready file.

The optimum resolution is 300 dpi. As a rule, depending on the size of the buttons, magnets or stickers, 150 dpi is also sufficient. If you are unsure, please contact us. We will then check your motif for printability.

Since monitors always display colors differently (e.g. by adjusting the brightness, contrast, etc.), there may be deviations between the colors of the printed motif and the colors on your monitor. In order to achieve the best possible color reproduction, print templates must be created in CMYK. Please note that we convert RGB artwork into CMYK, but this can result in significant color deviations. If you are unsure, simply contact us before placing your order. If you want to store a color profile, please use FOGRA39.
